First Class Training
The Ford Masters Apprenticeship Programme is managed and co-ordinated for Ford by Skillnet Limited, a training organisation recently designated as "Outstanding" by Ofsted.
The Ford Masters Apprenticeship Programme is an approved Apprenticeship Scheme - a challenging 3 year programme that combines hands-on workshop training with block release for college training and study.
Not only will apprentices be trained to the standards set by IMI, the Sector Skills council for the Motor Industry, the Apprenticeship also leads to an Advanced Apprenticeship qualification - a nationally recognised qualification.
